Alkarama learned that 15 people were arrested at dawn on 20 August 2009. Members of the security services in Al-Buheiri accompanied by Special Forces belonging to the Central Police, forced their way into the homes of these men and arrested them. Egypt: 32 arrested in Suez by State Security

Alkarama has just received information from a reliable source that 32 people have been arrested in the governorate of Suez.
On the afternoon of 8 August 2009, State Security supported by the Special Forces of the Central Security Agency forcibly entered the residence of Yasser Ibrahim (a chemist working at the Red Sea Port Authority) and arrested him in addition to 31 of his guests. Their names are: (عربي) (Français)
